“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is,
What are you doing for others?”                                         ~Martin Luther King, Jr.

I wrote this book to encourage each of us to do his part to make the world a happier place. Do something positive for the world each day. It doesn’t have to be something big. Tiny increments of kindness add up. Your kindness might take away another person’s pain, at least momentarily, and could inspire him to show kindness to someone else. I believe we really can change the world one person at a time. Let’s start a Caring and Kindness Revolution!

“When we feel love and kindness toward others, it not only makes others feel loved and cared for, but it helps us also to develop inner happiness and peace.”
~ Lhamo Dondrub, 14th Dalai Lama

“I’m convinced of this: Good done anywhere is good done everywhere. For a change, start by speaking to people rather than walking by them like they’re stones that don’t matter. As long as you’re breathing, it’s never too late to do some good.” — Maya Angelou
